Maintenance With A Class (MWAC) Ltd. is taking all reasonable precautions and actions to address the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in order to protect the interests and the safety of our customers, our suppliers and our employees. The actions we have taken are based upon the regulations and recommendations of the appropriate North American Health Authorities including the Government of Canada and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Strict measures have been put in place to contain the propagation of the virus:
We have put in place a “daily committee” to follow up on the evolution of the virus, worldwide and regionally and to be able to react quickly with relevant measures.
We have limited the travel of our employees to a “critical need” basis. There will be absolutely no travel to currently known high risk/no-fly designations (Currently: ALL INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL) or other destinations where COVID-19 quarantine has been announced or if a state of emergency has been declared by the governing authorities.
We encourage and conduct conference call or “Skype” meetings in lieu of face-to-face meetings internally and with our customers and our suppliers.
More specifically MWAC employees who provide sanitation services at our customer premises for operational or commercial reasons will continue to be monitored to ensure:
They or family members do not have any symptoms.
They or family members did not travel recently in restricted areas.
They have not been in contact with any known contaminated person.
MWAC is committed to conduct its business in a manner that complies with all reasonable and sensible practices to combat the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and protect, to the best of our ability, the health and welfare of our customers, our suppliers and our employees.
A document can be provided for all employees having to enter your facilities. At this stage, nobody knows the evolution of COVID-19, neither its impact on your common businesses. Let us consider the recovery of China as a positive sign of prompt resolution of the crisis. In the meantime, please be sure of our strict commitment to be part of the resolution, and our total everlasting transparency to preserve the strong relationship between our companies. We thank you for your cooperation, if you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to reach out to our Human Resources Department directly. With our best regards,
